1. Description

Computerized Draw is very common event in modern days when contenders are more than the availability of prizes in case of Quiz/Contests, rooms’ allotment in a hostel, lottery, flats allotment in a building and many other events. Computerized Draw is very convenient tool for such requirements. At the press of Key Switch, a random number generator picks up a number from 0 to 9999 and displays on the LED Matrix Board. Random Number generation and display control implemented thro’ Microcontroller. This project gives developer good learning about interfacing with multiplexed LEDs, Key Switch Interfacing and random number generation using microcontroller.

The proposed project kit consists of a Microcontroller board (Assembled & Tested). Developer can select microcontroller board based on P89V51RD2 or AT89S52 or PIC16F877A microcontrollers. LED Matrix Board is not assembled. Developer has to assemble and test this board, integrate with microcontroller board, develop software and integrate to get real learning experience. WINS provides project guide with each project Kit to support construction of project.
