To enable JavaScript by changing your browser options please follow the instructions given below:

** For Mozila Firefox
-Select "Tools" then "Options" from the main menu.
-The "Main" section is selected by default so click the "Content" button.

-Click the "OK" button.

-Click Disable or Enable for "Active Scripting".
-Restart your browser.

** For Google Chrome
-From Menu- Click on "Options" Or "Settings"
-Go to "Under The Hood"
-Click on "Content Settings"
-Click on the "JavaScript" tab
-Select the radio button labeled "Do not allow any site to run JavaScript"
-Restart your browser.

** For Safari
-On the Safari menu, click on Preferences.
-Click the Security icon.
-Click on Enable JavaScript next to the Web Content section if it is not checked.
-Close the Preferences window.
-Close and restart Safari.

** For Opera
-On the Tools menu, click Preferences.
-Click Content in the Preferences list.
-Check the box next to Enable JavaScript.
-Click the JavaScript Options button to open the JavaScript Options box.
-Check the boxes that you want to allow.
-Click OK.
-Click OK.

eCare
 

eCare (Electronic Care) system of WINS ensures speedy resolution to customers' issues/problems related to products purchased from WINS. This system consists of two main sections Dr WINS and TechQuery. Dr WINS is Level1 diagnostic support mechanism that helps customer to resolve an issue/problem by himself/herself. Dr WINS contains sections like trouble-shooting tips and FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). These sections provide a great deal of information about troubleshooting methodology of a product purchased by customer and also answers to frequently asked questions. Dr WINS thus to a great extent is able to support the customer almost immediately. Level2 support is provided by WINS technical team. Customer needs to raise technical query through "TechQuery" section for further support. This section is for customers only. Thus non-customers are directed to "Contact Us" page for any general or technical query.
